超導(dǎo)納米線探測器

超導(dǎo)納米線單光子探測器（SNSPD）利用超導(dǎo)材料對紅外光子的響應(yīng)，產(chǎn)生輸出電壓脈沖的特點，進(jìn)行紅外弱光信號的探測。響應(yīng)波段覆蓋780nm至1600nm，具有高的探測效率和很低的暗噪聲。IDQ提供的超導(dǎo)納米線單光子探測器系統(tǒng)包括控制電子學(xué)，制冷單元及相關(guān)軟件，提供“Turnkey”整體解決方案，可在量子光學(xué)、量子計算、激光雷達(dá)和激光通信等領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用。
